Ep 101- Raid the Rockies (Feat. Nathalie Long)

Join us on this episode as we dive into the world of adventure racing!   Nathalie Long is an accomplished adventure racer and ultra runner and tells us about some of her races from around the globe.  Based in Kelowna, Nathalie has taken part in many adventure races, from a few hours long to 9.5 days non stop!

Nathalie has also started designing and directing races and is bringing Raid the Rockies to Hinton this summer!  Raid the Rockies is a 3.5 day adventure race that will involve mountain biking, pack rafting, canyoning and trekking.  This event is happening July 5-8th and more info on the event can be found here: https://www.adventureimmersionlab.ca/events/raid-the-rockies-ar
