Scott Sunderwald is back to talk about wild meat!  We chat about some of the best wild game meat to eat and some of the best ways to prepare it.  

Scott offers advice on cooking techniques for everything from deer, moose, elk, grouse, fish and even bears.  We also talk about ways to use as much meat from the animal as possible and some of the ways to butcher the animal that will provide the best cuts.
